Data in Europe
For chat, documents and the free trial we use AI models hosted by OVHcloud, a European provider. Here is what that means in practice.
The models run on OVHcloud AI Endpoints, a service hosted in the European Union: the infrastructure is in Gravelines, France.
OVHcloud states that data sent to its models is not used to train them.
According to OVHcloud, content is not kept after processing: only the data needed for billing remains. Saved chats are only those in your Peter account.
For images, voice and transcriptions we currently use selected external providers, which may process data outside the European Union. We spell this out in the privacy policy, feature by feature. Read the privacy policy
